This is an especially comfortable home for a family. The living room and master bedroom are on the back side of the house for extra privacy. There are flowering plants and roses to keep the hummingbirds interested. The birdfeeder is always busy and doves and quail are in the area. Everyone is friendly hardworking and respectful of each other. One third acre is just enough that you don't feel crowded but is easy to maintain. The house has been refurbished to make it nice and nothing major is needed.
It is especially economic as I pay $60 per month year round to the power company and purchase 1 ton of pellets per winter ($99). I use a portable air conditioner in the bedroom window about 2 weeks in the summer. The house is well insulated and comfortable. The utility bill is $32 per month. The house is painted taupe with rust trim and the roof is the same colors. The covered patio is out the sliding glass door off the living room.
It is 6 miles to the most beautiful lake you have ever seen, 1 mile to golf, 45 miles to an international airport, 40 miles to skiing east and north, 75 miles to Canada, 50 miles to Montana, 30 miles to Washington. What more could you want?
