  • One picture of the property interior or exterior. You may ad an unlimited number of additional photos and floor or plot plans for $5.00 (any currency) each. We will scan your photos and drawings to files and return the originals to you.

  • A map showing the location of your property and the surrounding area.

  • You may describe the property in your own words.

  • Buyers can contact you directly via a email link. You may also include your telephone number if you like.

  • Information updates as needed.

  • The property is listed until it is sold or you remove it from the market.

To list "A House for Sale" : complete our property information form. Once completed, you may submit the information electronically with the submit button or print the form and mail it with proper payment to the address on the form.

Forms received electronically will be listed with our next regular update and will remain listed for 2 weeks while we await payment. Full payment must accompany all listings received by mail. If you wish to submit your property information form electronically but your photos are not scanned to a computer file, we will post your listing with an indication that a photo will be arriving shortly.

This listing service is included in the data base of all of the major search engines and we will take steps to insure that your listing is seen by potential buyers looking for properties in your geographic area. YOUR WEB PAGE will also contain invisible META tags to help it be properly indexed by the major search engines.

You will receive your own web address (URL) so that you can also promote the property yourself. Include the URL of YOUR WEB PAGE in all of your advertising and sales promotions. When a prospective buyer enters your URL in his web browser, he goes directly to YOUR WEB PAGE.

You can make also YOUR WEB PAGE more visible to buyers by registering your URL with other search engines and links pages!
